KL已经剩下不多炭烧瓦煲鸡饭，为了方便省时间，大部分都已经换成燃气灶。但是在这个Jalan Ipoh为食街的无名摊位仍然坚持采用炭烧煮，这是因为炭烧才能保持瓦煲鸡饭原有的特色，吃起来更香。他们的鸡肉嫩嫩多汁，配上上等的蜡肠和咸鱼更美味。
