心痒痒心血来潮想吃卤味?位于Lorong Tiong Nam小巷子里有一个非常有名的老字号路边阿兴饭店这个不太起眼的小饭档从1999年开业至今,已经有19年的好口碑,就连HoChak美食节目也曾经推荐,许多人都是为了他家的香味四溢卤肉和浓而不腻猪肚汤慕名而来~~

老板叫阿兴,由于曾经在柔佛学厨艺,而柔佛出名粿汁,所以老板一手厉害的卤味好功夫都是从柔佛学来的。来到这里的食客一定会点阿兴赫赫有名的卤猪肠,在KL很少地方能够找到那么入味的!肥瘦相间的五花肉弹性十足,裹上卤汁的外衣,那层油光会让你忍不住流口水,尤其是配饭吃更美味,还想再加饭呢!不要忘了叫老板给多点闪闪发亮的卤蛋,真的好吃到不得了!

除了卤猪肠,招牌胡椒猪肚汤也是食客们的最爱!猪肚汤就是要没有过重的猪骚味,胡椒要撒得多,喝进肚子才会有那种暖呼呼的感觉。汤里的料给得很足,满满都是大块的猪肚,超新鲜!还会另外多给一碗带有攻鼻辛辣的胡椒汤,常弄到食客一碗接一碗直至满头大汗才爽~~

老板焖煮4小时新鲜出炉的梅菜焖花肉一定要吃一吃!梅菜够软、猪肉够嫩,完全融化在嘴里。香浓的汤汁沾满于可口咸味刚好的梅菜上,即使直接吃也不会有任何油腻感,配上白饭滋味更上一层楼。还有特色猪脚醋松软弹牙,但是有点过于肥腻。

咖喱鸡也是阿兴饭店招牌之一,这里的咖喱鸡比较“随性大方”,马铃薯切得很随性,鸡肉给得很大方。色香味俱全的咖喱鸡一点都不输卤肉哦,而且咖喱椰浆味本身算是浓郁,味道并不辣也不会太油,赞!另外,这里还有其他美食,像是苦瓜焖排骨、瓦煲焖生骨、黄酒鸡、麻油花雕鸡、卤豆腐卜及油菜。
