They may be very handy, but we also should use them with proper caution especially when sleeping!

Mobile phones emit electromagnetic pulses at a fixed frequency in order to receive signals thus, our body is vicarious to radiation. This also applies on leaving your phone charging near to you while you’re asleep.

Men, on the other hand, is no exception to this rule! Male sperm often reduces by 30% either when charging or just laying next to you while you’re napping!

3. The radiation we get from our mobile devices causes functional disorders to our nervous system such as headaches, dizziness, insomnia, and worst—brain tumor!

4. Our mobile phones release toxic mercury gas which is a big threat to our brain. It can cause harm to our nerves, moods, immune system, and eyes!

5. Like I’ve mentioned earlier, radiation can affect our nervous system. Over time, it can reduce our intelligence!

6. If you want to get a clear skin better not put your phone near to you while sleeping. Yes, mobile phones also have an impact on our skin which brings damage, ance, and dullness!
