Wong Ciu Village Cuisine is a 13-year-old resto with two branches. Though their place is renowned for fish recipes, their salted chicken is incredibly delicious too! It is a chicken stuffed with herbs then wrapped in 2 layers of paper spread with natural salt then cooked in a huge stove! You can smell a captivating luscious aroma after opening its wrapper and indulge yourself on a piping tender salted Malay chicken!

From 11:30 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon this place is busy catering orders of their highly in demand salted chicken! The owner cooks this scrumptious chicken by putting different kinds of herbs inside the chicken, wrapped it in foil then cooked in a pot filled with salt!
