马来西亚有许多不同的籍贯如,福建、潮州、广西、客家、福州等~每个不同籍贯的华人都会遵循以前流传下来的传统方式来庆祝新年~随着时代的变迁也有许多新的习俗,比如抛柑~今天就让我们来了解各大籍贯的人们有着什么新年习俗吧~

 

 

1.潮州人

潮州人的新年被称为新正(潮州语),过年和亲朋戚友见面时都会说[新正如意],对方也会回[同同如意]。此外除夕夜吃团圆饭不能把米饭吃完,要有“余”,意味着新的一年里都将丰衣足食。潮州人初一的佳节食品是一碗以红枣、莲子、冰糖、白木耳等熬煮的甜汤,喝了意味着这一整年的生活都将甜甜蜜蜜~

而潮州人过年必备的佳肴有潮州卤味、芋头泥、油炸潮州豆干、甜粿等。

 

2.福建人

年初二时已经出嫁的女儿需要会娘家以前客家人都不会再年初三互相拜访,家庭主妇会把家里肮脏的垃圾扫到路边然后放火烧掉,这个的目的是要送走小人,迎接财神,也被称为“送穷鬼”。

客家人过年的必备佳肴有算盘子、酿豆腐、梅菜扣肉、擂茶等。

海南人也会在年初一吃素,年初二会吃茄子,在海南话中茄子有“比较好”的谐音,意寓为比别人强,有出头~

广东人过年最讲究的就是意头~过年~盘菜里有鸡(寓意有计)、鸭、鱼(寓意年年有余)、蚝、腐竹(寓意富足)、猪肉等,这些食材都要经过炸、烧、煮、焖。卤后全部食材层层装在一个圆盆里,意味着团团圆圆,圆圆满满~这些年菜其实有寓意哦~

广东人过年必备佳肴有腊味饭、大虾、鸡鸭、发菜蚝豉、发菜猪手(发财就手)等。

 

6.福州人
